Katie Graham is a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic healing coach. She provides her services in the comfort of your home, and the first consultation is free! Last but not least, Kat and Lauren of Terra Firma Healing Arts are also RYT500 yoga instructors, certified, reiki masters, sound healers, intuitive, wellness coaches and more!
