Service Description

Service/emotional support animal's, and medical cannabis assistance/letters are helpful for many people struggling with chronic pain, mental illness, addiction recovery and more. Currently in the state of Utah a variety of health issues from PTSD, to cancer, and glaucoma will qualify you for medical cannabis and/or a service animal or ESA animal/letter. Meet with Niki Davis, MD, Jenny McKay, Dr. Amy de la Garza or Lizzie Bosen, LCSW to see if you're a good candidate for medical cannabis letter, and/or with Lizzie to see if you qualify for a service a animal/ESA assistance/letter.
