Service Description

Service/emotional support animal's, and medical marijuana assistance are helpful for many people struggling with chronic pain, or mental illness. Currently in the state of Utah a variety of health issues from PTSD, to cancer, and glaucoma will qualify you for medical marijuana and/or a service animal or ESA. Meet with Niki Davis, MD, Jenny McKay, APRN, or Lizzie Bosen, LCSW to see if you're a good candidate for medical cannabis and/or a service animal/ESA assistance.
